Blissy is one of the world’s leading luxury sleep and wellness brands, with products sold through our direct-to-consumer business and major retailers including Target, Nordstrom, and Amazon.

TikTok Shop is one of our fastest-growing channels, and we’re looking for an experienced operator to help scale it even further.

Reporting to the Director of TikTok Shop, you’ll help execute and optimize our growth strategy across affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, livestream commerce, and day-to-day TikTok Shop operations.

·     Execute TikTok Shop growth initiatives alongside the Director of TikTok Shop

·     Build and manage a high-performing affiliate and creator network

·     Recruit, onboard, and manage creator relationships

·     Develop affiliate campaigns, commission structures, and promotional strategies

·     Help plan and optimize livestream shopping campaigns

·     Analyze performance metrics (GMV, CVR, AOV, ROI, affiliate performance) and identify growth opportunities

·     Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Operations to execute campaigns

·     Stay current on TikTok Shop trends, platform updates, and best practices

·     3+ years of hands-on TikTok Shop experience

·     Proven success growing brands through affiliate marketing and creator partnerships

·     Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center

·     Experience with livestream commerce

·     Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills

·     Excellent project management and communication skills

·     Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Bonus Points

·     Experience in beauty, wellness, fashion, or premium consumer brands

·     Experience at a TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) or social commerce agency

·     Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other analytics tools
